In 2013 Tessilbiella acquired Tintoria e Finissaggio Iride s.r.l., of which it initially owned the majority. Later, in 2022, Tessilbiella acquired the complete control of it by becoming the sole owner.

Established in 1971, over the years Iride has grown into a production hub widely appreciated for its specialist skills both in dyeing fabrics with a variety of compositions and in studying cutting-edge finishes that give fabrics a distinctive feel and appearance.

Together, we have invested over the years in training specialised staff, in order to obtain a team of people keen to help the company grow with their skills, and we have renovated our buildings and renewed machinery.

With a traditionally close eye on respect for the environment and the fundamental rights of workers, in 2011, Iride obtained GOTS certification, and has also developed a study on dyes using natural colourants.

Iride comprises a division of Tessilcontrol System s.r.l., which allows for even closer monitoring of the quality of the finished fabric.
